Recruiting Ideas
Recruiting new members is essential to the continued growth and well being of our branch.
Our goal: Help our recruitment efforts, to keep our branch growing and strong, and to give every qualified man the opportunity to become a SIR member.
At times it can seem like we've tried everything with regard to recruiting new members. Here are some ideas to keep in mind for successful recruitment.
1. Search out what other branches are doing in regards to successful programs to attract new members.
2. Have each new member listed in the monthly Bulletin.
3. Provide each new member with a Business Card with branch information to solisit more qualified members.
4. Annually review and contact those men on the inactive member list and ask them to consider rejoining the branch.
